Eccomi con una ricetta semplicissima ma sempre gustosa!!!<br />

Per 4 persone :</div>
<div>
500g seppie pulite</div>
<div>
300g piselli freschi o surgelati</div>
<div>
40 g olio extra vergine oliva</div>
<div>
peperoncino a piacere</div>
<div>
1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato</div>
<div>
½ spicchio aglio</div>
<div>
1 misurino vino bianco</div>
<div>
1 scatoletta di polpa di pomodoro</div>

sale </div>

Nel boccale mettere lo spicchio d'aglio, il peperoncino e l'olio, 3 min. 100° vel. 1.</div>
<div>
Aggiungere le seppie 3 min. 100° vel.1, quindi il vino bianco 2 min. 100° vel. 1.</div>

Unire la polpa di pomodoro, il sale, cuocere x 30 min. 100° vel.1.</div>
<div>
A metà cottura aggiungere i piselli.</div>
<div>
A fine cottura cospargere con prezzemolo.</div>

Servire e mangiare!!!</div>

Questo è uno dei miei piatti preferiti!!! Ci sono diverse versioni di pollo al curry e la mia è semplicissima.<br />
Accompagno sempre questo piatto con riso al vapore, semplicemente condito con poco olio extra vergine d'oliva.<br />
Prendete del petto di pollo, tagliatelo a pezzi e passatelo nella farina bianca.<br />
Nel frattempo mettete dell'olio in una pentola, con cipolla affettata, io ne metto parecchia :D<br />
Fate appassire, unite il petto di pollo a pezzi infarinato.<br />
Fate cuocere per 5-10 minuti, nel frattempo mescolate il curry con dell'acqua calda.<br />
Aggiungetelo al pollo, aggiungete i piselli, salate quanto basta.<br />
Fate cuocere, deve restare un pò brodoso, non fatelo seccare.<br />
Se volete accompagnatelo con del riso al vapore, o pilaff.<br />
Io in base alla stagione ci metto le verdure più diverse, tipo in estate al posto dei piselli, metto zucchine, in inverno cavolfiore....ecc.<br />

<br /></div><div>Ingredienti (vi metto le dosi x 4-5 persone)</div><div>
<br /></div><div>500 g pennette</div><div>200g piselli in scatola (io uso i finissimi)</div><div>2 piccoli gambi di sedano</div><div>1 cipolla media</div><div>4 cucchiai di olio extra vergine oliva</div><div>1 cucchiaio raso di farina</div><div>1 cucchiaio di curry</div><div>brodo di verdure</div><div>sale</div><div>4 cucchiai panna liquida</div><div>

al rientro dalla spiaggia e non si ha voglia di spignattare =)<br /><br />Per gli ingredienti vado ad occhio e a gusto, oltre alla disponibilità della dispensa.<br />In questo caso ho usato:<br /><br />Due petti di pollo<br />olive nere denocciolate<br />mais<br />un peperone rosso<br />carote<br /><br />Ho condito tutto con una salsina fatta con:<br /><br />maionese<br />senape<br />aceto<br />olio EVO<br />pepe<br /><br /><br />Innanzitutto ho tagliato il pollo a filetti, li ho cotti in padella con un goccino di olio e del sale (va bene anche una bistecchiera), li ho poi lasciati riposare finchè non si sono intiepiditi.<br />Nel frattempo ho preparato la salsina per la quale ho preso spunto girovagando come sempre in rete:ho mescolato la maionese con la senape, il pepe e un po' di aceto -nel mio caso balsamico- con un cucchiao, ho poi unito l'olio a filo per allungare ed emulsionare il tutto;una volta pronta, ho lasciato la salsina nel frigo ad insaporirsi.<br />Ho poi tagliato il pollo a striscioline, l'ho unito al peperone e alle carote tagliati a listarelle, ho aggiunto le olive e il mais sgocciolati, infine ho aggiunto la salsina mescolando bene il tutto.<br />Volendo si può preparare l'insalata la sera prima, così acquista maggior sapore, ma anche preparata all'ultimo momento ha un suo perchè =D<br /><br />Buon appetito ;)<br Ho trovato questa ricetta su <a href="http://www.cucinare.meglio.it/ricetta-vol-au-vent_al_granchio.html">Cucinare Meglio</a> !<div> </div><div>Ingredienti:</div><div>12 volauvent piccoli</div><div>300 gr di polpa di granchio, in scatola</div><div>4 uova</div><div>2 cucchiai di panna acida</div><div>burro sale e pepe</div><div><br /></div><div>I volauvent si possono comprare già fatti, io li ho fatti con la pasta sfoglia facendo 3 dischetti di cui 2 con il buco in mezzo e sovrapponendoli, cotti in forno per una decina di minuti. Nel frattempo ho messo in una padella una noce di burro e poi ho versato le uova, appena si stavano rapprendendo ho messo la polpa di granchio fatta prima sgocciolare, ho aggiunto subito la panna acida,( anche questa fatta da me con 125 g di yogurt bianco 125 g di panna liquida e un cucchiaio di limone e fatta riposare in frigo per un'oretta) il sale e il pepe.
